Terms of Purchase

These terms and conditions are a binding contract between yourself and Fortune Industries. Agreement of these terms is equivalent to a digital signature on a contract. All orders are subject to credit card approval and billing address verification. A non-refundable service fee will be added to each ticket order to cover shipping fees and credit card processing fees. Ticket purchases made prior to 12/23/09 will be sent directly to the customers shipping address via Certified Mail from the USPS and will require a signature in order to receive. Shipping fees are nonrefundable. Tickets can not be shipped to a PO Box address. Allow up to 5 business days for delivery for United States orders. If you enter an undeliverable address you will not receive a refund. Hence, if the package needs to be resent additional shipping fees will apply. Ticket purchases made on or after 12/23/09 will be placed at will-call and can only be picked up at the Del Mar Marriott will-call desk after 12pm on 12/31/09. To pick up a ticket at will-call you must present the original credit card used to purchase the ticket and a valid picture I.D. of the person listed as the purchaser. All will-call tickets must be picked up at the same time. If you are unable to pick up a ticket order because you do not have the original credit card or valid picture I.D. you will not receive a refund for this purchase.

Cancellations & Refunds Policy

All sales are final. Cancellation of an order is not permitted after the order is processed. No refunds will be given unless the event is canceled. If the event is canceled you will receive full refund of the face value of the ticket upon request. The service fee will never be refunded. To request a refund you must forward the original e-mail receipt to newyears@fortune421.com with in 5 days of the original event date with Refund in the subject line. Failure to do so waives your right for a refund. All Event personnel have the right to refuse entry to any ticket holder, without a refund, for any reason at their discretion. Venue and Talent are subject to change without notice and are not grounds for a refund. Anything promised by the promoter that is unfulfilled is not guaranteed by Fortune Industries and is not grounds for a refund.
